Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern any subscription you purchase from tryharitaki.com. They are incorporated into our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.


How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a Try Haritaki subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis every 30 days, at the price displayed at the time of each renewal, until you cancel.

The subscription option, billing cadence, and renewal terms are disclosed at three points before purchase:

  1. On the product page where you select the subscription option.
  2. At checkout, where the line item displays as "Subscribe & Save" with the renewal cadence.
  3. In your order confirmation email, which confirms the subscription enrollment.

By completing checkout, you agree to recurring renewal charges as displayed.

  • Your first charge is processed at checkout.
  • Subsequent charges recur automatically every 30 days.
  • Subscription pricing reflects any subscriber discount we offer at the time you signed up.
  • Promotional free gifts, bundle bonuses, and first-order discounts apply only to your initial subscription order unless we say otherwise.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime through your account at tryharitaki.com.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Manage Subscription.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel.

You can also pause, skip an upcoming shipment, or change frequency from the same page without cancelling.

Cancellation timing

  • To stop your next scheduled renewal, your cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations completed inside the 24-hour window will take effect after the upcoming shipment. That shipment is still yours, and the 99-Day Results Guarantee applies to it.
  • A cancellation processed after a renewal charge has already been captured cannot retroactively reverse that charge. The shipment will go out as scheduled.

Trouble cancelling

If you can't complete the on-site cancel flow due to a technical issue, email support@tryharitaki.com from the email address on your account and we'll process the cancellation for you.


Pausing or Skipping

If you just need a break, you can pause or skip an upcoming shipment from your account portal without cancelling. This preserves your subscriber pricing when you resume.


Failed Payments

If your renewal payment fails, we may retry the card a small number of times over the following days and notify you to update your payment method. Until payment succeeds, your subscription will not ship.


Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing or product availability over time. We'll provide reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.


Refund & Guarantee

Subscription shipments are covered by our 99-Day Results Guarantee on your most recent order. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including what's required to submit a guarantee claim.


Abuse

We may suspend or cancel any subscription, or refuse future orders, where we suspect abuse, fraud, or repeat misuse of our guarantee or promotional programs (for example, repeatedly cancelling and re-subscribing to re-trigger a first-order gift or discount).
