We ship Try Haritaki orders fast — usually the same or next business day — so you can start your routine without waiting around.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Most orders enter our fulfillment pipeline within hours of being placed.

Once an order has been fulfilled (a shipping label has been generated), it can no longer be cancelled or modified. See our Refund Policy.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • International: 10–15 business days after dispatch (varies by country)

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary based on weather, customs, and carrier conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free shipping is available on US orders over $80.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email (and text if you provided a mobile number). Please allow 2–4 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email support@tryharitaki.com.


Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If you believe you've provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@tryharitaki.com — there's a small window before the order is dispatched where we may be able to update it.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment fees may apply.


International Orders, Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery.

We are unable to ship to APO addresses or freight forwarding companies at this time.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items currently available immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they're back in stock. If you ordered multiple items and receive only part of your order, the rest will follow.
