We stand behind every bag and capsule we send out. Haritaki is a centuries-old Ayurvedic herb, and we want you to give it a real, consistent trial before deciding it isn't right for you.


99-Day Results Guarantee

We offer a 99-Day Results Guarantee on your most recent order of Try Haritaki products purchased directly from tryharitaki.com.

If after using the product daily as directed for the full guarantee period you don't feel a meaningful difference, you may submit a guarantee claim and our team will work with you on a resolution.

What's covered

  • Your most recent (single) order purchased on tryharitaki.com.
  • Both one-time orders and subscription shipments.

What's not covered

  • Orders older than 99 days from the delivery date.
  • Prior orders other than your most recent. The guarantee covers only your latest shipment, not historical orders.
  • Products purchased through Amazon, retail partners, or any other third-party reseller — those are governed by the seller's policy.
  • Bulk, wholesale, or promotional gift orders.
  • Orders flagged for fraud, abuse, or repeat misuse of this guarantee.

How to submit a claim

  1. Email support@tryharitaki.com within 99 days of delivery with the subject line "99-Day Guarantee Claim — [Order #]".
  2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief note on how you used the product.
  3. Our team will respond within 1 business day.

Proof of consistent use

Haritaki only works with consistent daily use. To process a guarantee claim, our team may ask you to provide:

  • A photo of your bag (empty or near-empty).
  • A daily log with photos showing your daily use during the trial period.

This is how we confirm the product was given a fair trial. Claims without this documentation may be limited to a partial resolution at our discretion.

Resolutions

Approved guarantee claims are resolved on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions may include:

  • A replacement product or a different Try Haritaki SKU.
  • Store credit toward a future order.
  • A partial or full refund, where appropriate.

The specific resolution is determined by our customer care team in writing during your claim. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the funds. We do not require you to ship the product back.


Order Cancellations

We ship fast — usually within hours of an order being placed — so the cancellation window is short.

  • Within 6 hours of placing your order, AND before the order has been fulfilled: We can cancel and refund the order. Email support@tryharitaki.com with the subject "Cancel Order — [Order #]".
  • After 6 hours, OR after the order has been fulfilled (whichever comes first): The order cannot be cancelled. Once a label has been generated, your order is in our shipping pipeline and on its way to you. The 99-Day Results Guarantee applies once you receive it.

We can't make changes to addresses, items, quantities, or discount codes after an order is placed. Please double-check before checkout.

Kindly note: Once orders are processed and with our fulfillment team, we’re unable to cancel them due to technical limitations. If this applies to your order, we encourage you to share your Haritaki with friends or family if you do not want your recent shipment.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed and shipped on the 30-day cadence selected at signup. The subscription option, billing cadence, and renewal terms are disclosed at three points before purchase: on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

You can cancel anytime through your account at tryharitaki.com.

To stop your next renewal, your cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations completed inside the 24-hour window will take effect after the upcoming shipment, which is still yours, and the 99-Day Results Guarantee applies to it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryharitaki.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no return needed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Check side doors, garages, and lobbies.
  3. Contact your local carrier — they sometimes mark packages delivered before the actual delivery.
  4. Wait 48 hours after the "delivered" scan in case it surfaces.

If it doesn't turn up, email us within 14 days of the "delivered" scan and we'll file a carrier claim and work with you on a resolution.


Chargebacks

We take customer service seriously and resolve every legitimate issue. Filing a chargeback before contacting us prevents us from helping you and is a violation of these terms.

We dispute chargebacks with full documentation, including order records, IP and device information, terms acceptance, shipping confirmation, subscription disclosures, and our complete communication history.
