Try Haritaki | Last updated July 25, 2026

We collect what we need to get your order to you, and nothing we do not.

We never sell your personal information for money. We never store your full card number. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time by emailing support@tryharitaki.com.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address
  • Order history, subscription details, and product preferences
  • Anything you write to us in an email, live chat, review, or survey response
  • Marketing preferences and whether you have opted in to email or text messages

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, operating system, screen size, and language
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Pages viewed, products clicked, time on page, and how you arrived at our site
  • Cookie and pixel identifiers used to recognise your browser across visits

Payment information

We do not store your full card number. Card details are captured and processed directly by our payment providers, and we receive only a token, the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date so that we can support your order and process subscription renewals.

2. How We Use It

  • To fulfil your order. Processing payment, shipping, sending confirmations and tracking, and handling returns and refunds
  • To run your subscription. Charging renewals, sending renewal reminders, and letting you pause, skip, or cancel
  • To support you. Answering emails, calls, and chats, and looking up your order history when you contact us
  • To market to you. Sending emails and, where you have opted in, text messages about products, offers, and new launches. You can opt out at any time
  • To measure and improve. Understanding which pages and ads work, testing changes to the site, and improving our products
  • To prevent fraud and abuse. Screening orders, investigating chargebacks, and enforcing our Terms of Service
  • To meet legal obligations. Tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of our advertising and analytics cookies may count as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under certain US state privacy laws. See Section 6 for how to opt out.

3. Who We Share It With

We share your information with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose. The main categories are:

Category What they do
Store platform Hosts our storefront and processes orders
Payment processing Takes payment, handles subscription renewals, screens for fraud
Subscription management Manages your recurring plan, pauses, skips, and cancellations
Fulfilment and shipping Picks, packs, and delivers your order and provides tracking
Email and SMS Sends order notifications, renewal reminders, and marketing you opted into
Customer support Powers our help desk so we can see your order when you write in
Analytics and advertising Measures site performance and ad results, and shows you relevant ads

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, in which case we will let you know.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the store, including checkout.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the GPC browser signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser.

5. Email and Text Messages

We only send marketing emails and texts to people who have asked for them.

Text messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Try Haritaki at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops marketing but not transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and subscription renewal reminders, which we need to send you.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email support@tryharitaki.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order, and respond within the timeframe the law requires. You can use an authorised agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority.

If you are in California

You have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted without a right to limit.

If you are in the UK or EEA

We process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account or an active subscription with us, and afterwards for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes described here.

  • Order and transaction records: at least seven years, to meet tax, accounting, and chargeback obligations
  • Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
  • Support conversations: three years

8. How We Protect It

Our store runs over encrypted connections and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their jobs, and we review that access regularly.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email support@tryharitaki.com and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. The version posted here always governs, and we will update the date at the top when we change it. For significant changes we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site.
